2 hours and 45 minutes on the MAK2 set at 275° without opening after putting on the upper racks until I pulled them off. Just rub with no sauce.

They look perfect. Is there a reason to cook them lower and longer?

I see no reason to cook lower and longer. 275° tends to break down the connective tissues really good for the texture that I like. I also like to keep things simple. Pull out of the fridge, towel off the liquid on the ribs, peel membrane if still on, rub, throw on the grill already heated up to 275° temp, pull off in 2.75-3.25 hours, cut, and eat.

Those look great. Quite a while back I tried your method but the ribs burned badly on the bottom. I see you cooked on an elevated rack which probably avoided my problem. I have a small elevated rack in the Traeger and ribs in the freezer, think I'll give it another try. I also like KIS.
