Title: Late Christmas Gift
Post by: 02ebz06 on January 04, 2021, 05:34:14 PM
My Granddaughter was in quarantine for 2 weeks do to close contact with someone with the virus at her place of work.
Fortunately, she didn't get it.
Anyway, she got gifts sent late because of being quarantined.

This is what she got me.
Guess I won't have any excuse to not make good Que now.  ;D

That book is a good read. It's more of a story than recipes. I like the way it was put together.  I don't use the same seasoning but use his method for turkey breasts. It's a hit every time, and it's the one bbq meat I don't seem to tire of.

As my departed grandmother would say; "PEACE PERFECT PEACE WITH LOVED ONES FAR AWAY"

 Nice book!
