 I have been searching for a recipe I thought I found on Pellet Fan before..
It was a smoked chuck roast, peppers & onions topped with mushrooms that had been simmered in red wine, butter and seasonings. Beef was the shredded, mixed with the veggies over ciabatta bread topped with the mushrooms and reduced wine mixture. Hope somebody has it.  :lick:  :help: :help:

There are recipes for pepper stout beef on here.  I am sure you could probably replace the beer with wine.
