Title: simple pork chop with pineapple

The other night I cooked the complete meal on my MAK2 Star.  It was a pork chop with rub grilled pineapple, asparagus, brocoilli served over a bed of lettuce

Very nice!!!
Definitely better than my pictures.  That looks like a painting you'd see on an Art Gallery wall.

I did a citrus brine for some thick chops and they turned out fantastic. 12 hour brine. Next time will do a 24 hour.

That is a fine looking dinner! Now you have me thinking (and hungry)!!
