Went into full baking and cooking mode this Sunday with a European flair. It started with Homemade French Baguettes, Vienna Schnitzel served with rice and broccoli. Dessert was an Apple Crostata.

I started cooking when I fully retired in 2006. I was in the military for 25 years and then worked for Army MWR. I started collecting cookbooks and searching the web and went from there. I truly enjoy it.
