Title: Playing Catch Up

Have not been on the site for some time.  Came back on today and reading the latest posts.  Wanted to  look up the recipe for Tri Tip as Brisket as I am going to "Tri" that tomorrow.
Glad to see a lot of the names I recognize are still posting.  Lots of good memories over the years especially cooking at the Royal in 2010, 2012 & 2015.

I noticed in the Recipe Section for Pork that my recipe for my "home brew" ribs was not complete.  It ended at how to make the rub then stopped.  I went in and updated it.
