Put the pork butt in the smoker at about 10:45 last night at 240f.
About 6:45 this morning it was up to 165f.
Pulled it out, wrapped in foil, put it back in, and bumped temp to 275f.
About 9:30 this morning it reached 201.7f and stayed there.
Pulled it at 10:00, let it rest for a half hour, then pulled it apart.
If I remember to take a picture, I will post a picture of the sandwich tonight in the sandwich thread.

Nice we did some last weekend.
Had leftover I browned a bit in a skillet to crisp a bit then on a tortilla with some cheese,pickle onion and mustard.
put a few packs in the freezer and packed up 2 half pound packs for the GF's boss.

Yes it is, with cheese put on top. One of my friends brought them. I was addicted to them in my younger days.
