Title: Jalapeño/Pepper Jack Sausage is not really that good a topping!

I was not horrible, but it is not going to replace Italian Sausage or Pepperoni for me.  It also had red jalepeno, green bell pepper and onion.  White garlic sauce.  I cooked it to high a heat and not long enough.  A little doughy!  NY would not be happy!
