I was not going to have any tonight. Kristin had a smoked Turkey & Swiss, so she can weigh in. They feel great. They need to be wider, I am hoping I can double the amount of dough and use the silicone forms and get the size roll I am looking for! But for the 1st time in my journey, I see a light at the end of the tunnel!

That is great. Different recipe or just different flour to water ratio?

Different recipe with 100% Bread flour and about 62% hydration. Will try a small batch in the 12 inch forms today!
