Title: Would you pick a different pit for a trailer than your normal goto pit?

Have a small trailer I was thinking might be fun to convert to a mobile pit.  Most of these "What would you use?" threads just devolve into everyone shouting out their favorite pit brand.  So, for this thread, please speak up if you would pick a *different* pit than your usual fav for putting on a trailer, and why you think so, or why your fav pit is *especially* right for trailering use?  :bbq:

If I was to mount a smoker to a trailer it would be a Cookshack FEC120 with a mounted generator and would be my competition rig.  Other than that I will continue to load my 075 Texas onto my pickup if I want to go somewhere.

I would get a bigger pit as mine will fit in my KIA.

Well I can say my current goto pellet pit would never see use on a trailer as it's not designed to feed many people at a time, most pellet cookers aren't unless you get into commercial Cookshacks.

I do however own a Lang 84 stick burner on a trailer I still use often for big half chicken and country style BBQ cooks for large crowds, and I will absolutely send it down the road at some point and replace it with a pellet fired charbroiler paired with a cabinet oven like the FEC 100 or 120 series.

I'd love to have it all in a nice enclosed cargo trailer to run the road with, does double duty as a hauler for the cookers, generator, fridge etc. and out of sight secured storage when not being used.
