Title: Our Countries Future
Post by: riverrat49 on October 29, 2017, 05:08:38 AM
We were invited back again this year to feed the Eastern Washington University ROTC Students. As a retired NCO it really made me hopeful for our future as these young people (Future Officers) take up the call to defend our nation.

Nice job. Thank you for serving those who serve and thank you for your service. What was on the menu?

People who give of their time and energy donate the most.  Thank you, RR.
How do they operate a school with no tables and chairs?

It's their Armory, staging and training area, they did 6 miles out with 35 lb packs of their gear, bivouacked over night then 6 mile hike back to the their facility so they could eat and hold an awards ceremony, they are Army Strong so no need for creature comforts  :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
