Went to Costco today and saw something new...Japanese Wagyu A5 for a mere $60/lb! Out of my league, but that is some serious marbling!

The steak was really good! Had a few bites -- it was so tender and great flavor. And the ribs were fantastic. I won't eat beef ribs anymore unless they are customed butchered so that they actually have some meat on them and I am not talking those dino ribs, just some nice meat that you can take a big bite of. It was a great Christmas feast!!!
