Blackstone Griddle/ Convert to Natural Gas

 Contemplating a Blackstone griddle with the intention of converting it to natural gas..Has anyone done the conversion?

Normally all you need is a conversion kit to change from propane to natural.

Yeah.  It's kind of like a carburetor (remember them?), you need to re-jet it and be certain that the air/fuel ratio is correct.  I did it once to my parents' propane grill.

     The Blackstone orifices aren't replaceable like this?
