I see a lot of talk about dry aging steaks lately. Anyone still using the Steakager? I remember someone posting about it on PH.

I guess the cheapness just leads to experimentation, and that in turn leads to me taking the meat and sticking it in my 2nd fridge and taking it out in 35 days. No bags or extra devices needed! And most importantly, no deaths yet!
