I cook lots of different things from ribs, chicken, brisket, pizza, meatloaf. I use it as a smoker & oven so I am in the middle of the row for temp.

I'm all over the board.  We like lots of different foods/cooking styles.  I don't do low/slow as much as I used to now that the kids are gone and it's just the 2 of us.

I haven't done a brisket in probably 2 years, but some friends just asked me if I would cook the meat for a party they're hosting in September.  So, it looks like I'll be doing a couple of briskets in a couple of weeks.

Smoke and bbq mostly..Direct flame (kissed by fire) for chops,  steaks etc.

Pretty much equal parts smoke and bbq. I don't do much grilling on my MAK at all.

I run all my outdoor cookers between 250-350 for just about everything. I'm lucky enough to have an indoor gas grill that does a great job, so I rarely fire up the outdoor stuff just to grill. If I do, it's typically a grate set on top of a charcoal chimney.

In general, I cook because I like it and it's relaxing. I don't find grilling relaxing. Constant motion, and over too fast for my liking. I like slow cooked braises, soups, casseroles, etc over a quickly grilled meal any day. I do use my indoor grill pretty much daily, and think it's a very useful tool. It's just not my preferred method of cooking.

90% of the time or more between BBQ (usually 275) and grilling.  if Im under 250 its probably down at 180 for some cured meat or jerky

I enjoy everything that comes off the pellet grill Whether it be a steak grilled @ 500 degrees or a Brisket smoked low n slow @ 225 Its all good.

I don't use a Gasser, Weber Kettle or anything else for my outdoor cooking needs.
