I plan to lay the dough out single layer flat and use a 3" cookie cutter.

I gave them a shot last night and everyone liked them. They did not turn out as pretty as Kristin's but were acceptable. I was not fond of the crust texture, too soft and bread like. I'm going to try again tonight and use OTC refrigerated pie dough and only use one added ingredient per muffin. Some of the flavor of the additive items got lost in the mixture. No picture last night but below is breakfast this morning reheated in the air fryer.
