This is no more than a consolation round and a glorified conference championship game. As I mentioned in an earlier thread, Central Florida is the actual number 1 team in the country. Undefeated and beat the one team that beat both the contenders playing next week. Can't do better than that. I may watch because it is the last football game of the year, but I have no real interest (other than rooting against Nick).

I will watch because I am a college football fan.  Yes, we do have some of us in the Northeast (my team is a long way off from competing at this level, although they are in the B1G).....hahaha.  This year I have a little more added interest as my wife's boss is a graduate of UGA and a big supporter, and I am not a very big fan of NS.  Go 'Dawgs!

Not sure if I will watch. I'll still be working when the game starts and for some reason I don't like joining the game half way through.

I should revise my statement...I do not despise the SEC, I despise the bias that the people in charge of deciding who go to these playoffs have in regards to the SEC...

Being from a PAC-12 school, 1-8 in the bowl games this year, I am looking forward to a real college football game.  That said,  I despise the SEC and think they are overrated. I just don't have any grounds to dispute this year. Funny to think that the top two picks in the NFL draft this year may come from such an abismal conference.
