Pulled Pork Sandwiches for Breakfast
« on: February 03, 2018, 01:39:20 PM »

Started the Pork butt yesterday afternoon around 2:30:

Set on Smoke for 3 Hours
225 until IT of 195

Took off MAK at 0830
Pulled at 0930

Both kids woke up when I was pulling it wanting to know what that smell was.  I had planned to make a traditional American breakfast but the kids changed my mind.  They just broke out the Hogies and Sweet Baby Rays and started making their own breakfast.  Success, probably the best PP I have ever made.

Injected with DP, seasoned with Swamp boys then in the fridge for two days before cooking.

Maybe it's kind of like the smell of napalm in the morning?

Nicely done. Just scramble a couple of eggs to go on top and it's all of a sudden you have a breakfast sandwich!

This evening I was prepping the ABT’s for tomorrow, my daughter told me she wanted a snack.  I told her to figure it out.  She went straight to the fridge and grabbed the PP, put it on a plate and nuked it for thirty seconds.  That’s when I knew she liked it.

PP browned a bit in the skillet then into a warm tortilla with a good clausen pickle spear a bit of mustard and your favorite cheese, brick for me.

have had that many mornings for breakfast.

The PP hoagies were no doubt a better for them choice than some of the sugar laden items out there.
