Says who?  And are their tastes my tastes?

Everyone raved about not only the BBQ, but the Brisket in Lockhart, Texas...I can honestly state, mine is far superior, and I do not say that to come across as arrogant or snobbish I liked a few things in Lockhart, but for the majority of it......Mine simply put is much better!

I know what you are saying, I write this just to be the Devils advocate...I would like to try his just to see if it truly is this nirvana of BBQ!

But there are a few, like Aaron Franklin or Chris Marks, who seem to produce perfect brisket on each cook.
