Great looking brisket and ribs DynoDan.  I have not seen a Yoder in person, but does look like a great cooker, and you produced great grub with it.  Separate note, what bike are you riding these days (in the background of the forth picture).

That's not my bike...... I think it would collapse is I got in it. LOL

Hey modern bikes these days can handle a lot....you should see the stress I put on my machine....hahaha.  Sorry all, did not mean to hijack.

Probably a lot nicer using 1 cooker than all those others. Looks great.
