I'm speechless!

That is so inventive.  It looks wonderful. 

I may never have the confidence to try this one.  There are too many places for me to ruin it.  I might possibly try if I were alone and could keep a ruined meal secret but nothing stays a secret in this household—and they never forget.  Christmas 1996 is still referred to as the Christmas Paul fell off the ladder into the tree.

The end product was a thing of beauty. What an outstanding creation!  However, the execution exhausted me.   ;D

I am going to need to practice this one a few times (hey, I'm willing to make the sacrifice)! Looks like it could be a winner for Christmas dinner!! Very nice. A lot of steps, but as previously mentioned, they are all do able. Just curious, what are your side dishes? Thanks for sharing!!
