Do an Internet search on Beefer for details.
  • Infrared gas steak broiler
  • Almost 1500°F
  • Sears in seconds
  • Made in Germany
  • About $1,000 for the consumer size (room for one steak)
  • May be a one-trick pony
  • Makes a multi-use high-end pellet grill look inexpensive
Post some photos of your cook.  I'm not buying one.

Nice looking product. I can't imagine I would get nearly enough use out of it to make it worthwhile. It actually looks pretty similar to the ceramic broiler I have in my current oven. They claim it's 1850 degrees. I have no way of telling, but it does max out my thermoworks IR gun. It works extremely well, but it's a rarely used tool in my house. French onion soup is the main thing I use it for.
