Hello all. I have read a lot on this forum after recently getting into pellet smoking. Over the years I've owned many gas and charcoal grills,...TEC, Weber Performer, Akorn, Konro, and more. Lately I've decided to try to consistently produce juicy brisket with good salty bark. This desire has lead me to a pellet smoker.
I now own a RecTec Trailblazer and Memphis Pro. I've cooked on each less than a dozen times and I'm happy to say that the Memphis awarded me with my best packer brisket yet last Sunday. I know that the cooker doesn't deserve all the credit but it has been a pleasure to cook on.
