I have not made them in so long!  It was Booga2 from Smoke Fire & Food that inspired me...his make mine look like dog food!

Bently after looking at your post on biscuits, I thought your scotch eggs and biscuits may be a way to serve breakfast out camping. I’m going to try both before spring. Will cook both in GMG thanks for the inspiration. Keep smokin Dan

Don't screw the pooch on the eggs like me, 3-4 minutes (not 15) in boiling water is about it!

 OK I’ve made some scotch eggs. One thing that I did find wax paper works better than parchment paper for rolling out the pork.
