I like finding things like that too. Nothing beats a good quick meal sometimes especially if it is tasty.

I get Bill Bailey's flank steak in the packaged meat section at Costco. Makes great fajitas and burritos. Will look at the ribs next time I'm in there.

Just an FYI you can 3-2-1 baby backs then cut them into smaller sections for quick meals during the week.

Funny you would suggest that. Today we bought the raw St. Louise ribs at Costco. They were awesome.We froze the leftovers into meals size packs.
