What's on YOUR Pit?
« on: October 08, 2017, 02:52:02 PM »

So, the butternut squash soup making has begun.  Squash on the Memphis Pro -- have had them at 225 for about an hour and a half, now moved up to 300.  It is about 80 degrees with 80% humidity, so not good soup weather, but I can freeze it.

80 degrees, I would take that. We are 41 degrees right now & could use some hot soup, the wife loves squash & we have never tried butternut squash soup.

Nothing to special, just a pork butt. On since 9 AM at 250 degrees.
