A recipe you say...You probably want quantities and all that, well let me look at that picture and see, it is always just stuff stuff and cook.

There are 14 pitted and split dates, I am gonna guess half a block of Pepper Jack cheese, some Deviled Country Ham and partially cooked bacon, here goes!

14 dried dates.
4 oz shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (use the kind of cheese you like).
4 oz Deviled Country Ham (Ham that has been put through food processor abd some sweet pickle relish & mayo added) {Again, use what you like, chopped Spam works great}
7 slices of Bacon, cut in half and pre cooked.

Stuff date with cheese and meat, wrap with bacon and cook till cheese melts!  I like country ham cuz it is course and real salty, complements the sweet of the date.

Edit: As I look more closely at that photo, I think that batch was Spam and not Deviled Ham!
