Hello, my name is Hunter. I am fairly new to the grilling world and I recently just got a Pit Boss grill. I am here to observe and learn from the expertise of this community.

A warm welcome Hunter from Ontario Canada!
There is a lot to learn and enjoy in the world of BBQ, grilling, smoking...Just go slow at first, the easy things, and progress from there..

Saturday past at the game.
Half a head is my BIL, Great Friend Neil, Wife, SIL, Great Friends Wife Janet.
It was warm so we took advantage of the clubhouse several times.
Plenty to eat and drink before and after.

Welcome to the DarkSide!
There are some truly creative cooks here and I rip off their creations all the time and pass them off as my own here in Mayberry!
