This years grand Champion at the Jack Daniel's Invitational
« on: October 31, 2018, 08:10:17 AM »

Guess what pellet grills were used to win the Grand Champion at this years Jack Daniel's  Invitational?

"I would like to say thank you to Cookshack Inc. for the quality they make. I use the FEC 100's and the PG500 and allowed us to win the Jack Daniels World BBQ Championship this weekend. Your team is what makes the difference. From the President, the one that answers the phone, the office crew, the one that bends metal, even the one that turns the light off at night. Thanks David Bouska - Butcher BBQ."

Forgot it was that time of year!  Congrats to David, not sure if he cooks alone still or not.  So congrats to the team also!

Not surprised at all.  The first pork shoulder I did on my PG1000 last week was the best I've ever made.
