Hickory Smoked Quiche
« on: August 23, 2017, 11:22:33 AM »

I use a frozen pie shell...simple and easy.

I set me grill at 350 using Cookinpellets 100% Hickory pellets.
I smoke the shell in the pan for 10 minutes then remove.

In a bowl in mix:
1
cup half-and-half

6
eggs beaten

1/4
teaspoon salt

1/4
teaspoon pepper

1
cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese

1
tablespoon chopped green onion

1/2
cup dice tomatoes
Pour all in shell and bake in grill for about 45-50 min. check with knife, if knife pulls out clean, its done.
Pull off and let stand about 5 minutes. Slice into wedges and ENJOY!
