Yeah.  I didn't look back at the video, but as I recall, his clod appears to be one fairly large roast.  I'm not super familiar with clods as we didn't sell the shoulder that way, and I only heard the term a couple of years ago, but the clods I've seen pictured here appeared to be a major portion of the shoulder top.

I think if you remove the top muscles from the shoulder blade, you’ll have a group of muscles that can be (should be) reduced to steaks and roasts.  I think that’s the clod we’ve been seeing, and it’ll likely be 20 lbs. or more.  But it’ll be laced with connective tissue that should be removed by separating those muscles.
