I think a little bit brine and some flakes and stuff on the surface.

I made the mistake of having it in a quesadilla with jalapeno and cheddar wrap and cheese with chipotle, jalapeno, and habanero in it so I didn't get to try the turkey on its own to get a good taste of it and determine if it was spicy at all.

looks like peppers are part of an injection and some on the exterior
