I mentioned in another thread I ordered a new cooker. 2019 Az BBQ Boothill should be here in July or so. I didn't order the pellet hopper with it but it should have the plate for it and ready to go if I want to add it later. I'm going to see how much space it takes up on the patio and then decide.


Also, I haven't used the Sams club pizza oven over the winter as much as I wanted to for practice. I've used it twice so far this spring, and finally seemed to get it dialed in tonight. This was the first time I've been 100% satisfied with the results. 100% Caputo flour, 55% hydration. Turned out very good. Pre-cooked the toppings in the Pitboss Copperhead.
