Oh boy, in Kansas we have some great seafood, there’s McDonalds, LJS, special at Burger King. Man we miss seafood and very few here like it, especially fresh and the way it should be. One of only a few reasons why we miss the west coast. Enjoy.

Sure, but cooking is the easy part. This is the first of three batches. Thirty minutes to cook, three hours to shell.   >:(

Sure, but cooking is the easy part. This is the first of three batches. Thirty minutes to cook, three hours to shell.   >:(

Thats it!  We are going out for seafood tonight and crab is on the menu.  Of course in Tulsa, it is flown in fresh (they say).

Dungeness is some fine Crab!  Very envious!  Do you like to eat it cold or hot?

Dungeness crab is in our opinion the best, cold please.
