Smoked Cheese and T-Bone Steaks
« on: November 16, 2019, 01:53:52 PM »

My wife wanted me to smoke her some cheese which I did early this morning.  I was already planning on grilling some T-Bone's so being my smoke tube was still smoking after I removed the cheese I put the T-bones on.  The ambient temperature was still in the low 40's.  I only got a little over an hour of smoke, but the steaks had a definite smoke flavor to them.  I may have to do this all the time from here on out.
