I rarely go for Q, just make it here at home. When I do go I always order lean brisket because it's not my most reliable cook. We had guests and took them to the George Bush Library, so ate at one nearby in Dallas. I give a grade A for the brisket, A- for the collard greens. C for the sauce. Went to one recently near my home and had dry brisket; wife had dry chewy ribs, and bad sides. Place was pretty busy though, go figure. Texans might not know Q like they brag they do. Dan
