Seems like the same stuff you dip bread into.  Maybe get a nice loaf of italian bread, dip it in the olive oil sauce and then place your steak between two slices.  Probably need a bib to eat, but it may be worth it. ;D

That’s another great part, dipping bread in it during the meal.
