For me, left over meatloaf is like left over Rib Roast, never cared for it except in a sandwich (i.e. roast beef).  Makes no sense, as it should be great in chili, or hash or tacos.  Neither of them reheated taste the same as when they come out of the oven.  Yet it is wonderful on a cold sandwich!   Maybe a mental thing.

I'll take the cold sandwich any time.  I never get tired of those.
