Sharing some humor
« on: July 28, 2020, 07:21:29 PM »

Tried to find the joke string to no avail so here we are.
Please feel free to move.

My farmer friend used his stimulus to buy baby chickens.
He got his money for nothing and his chicks for free.

I tried.

That's the way you do it.  Otherwise he might have been in Dire Straits.

Nice joke, great comeback!

However, I did hear that there was more to the story. Not long after that the poor farmer did end up in dire straits and died. At the funeral they asked if anyone had something to say. A friend stood up and said, "Plethora" and then sat down. The grieving widow then turned to the friend and said, "Thank you, what you said means a lot!"

I'm adding that to my repertoire.  I probably won't credit you.  (You'll never know)

It should also be noted they had to build a fence around the cemetery to control the crowd,

People were dying to get in!
