Got the new controller installed. Both probes read 32 in ice water so we are looking ok.
Edit: Once again sideways, don’t know why, sorry.

I will see what I can find. With Covid I have not actually been doing much on it. I am an essential worker and my worksite and working hours changed. I have been swimming in OT since all this started. Couple that with a back yard remodel we are trying to do (but the price and availability of building materials has sky rocketed) and I just have not smoked much on it. I will say though that I think it does suffer from size/efficiency. I have not cooked enough on it for a solid verdict but it does seem to me that there is less smoke (read as bark formation) than my smaller pellet grills. I think that it drafts really well and so perhaps that is the problem. I know that on the BFG Facebook page people are adding after market cold smoker attachments to it. I haven't gone that far yet.

I did do a whole hog on the 4th but I did it on my Meadow Creek TS250.
