Gonna do BBR tomorrow, with membrane off.  You guys made me hungry for them.  The usual 3/2/1  or such.

Did them today.  Just like the last batch and very good. No pics necessary.

I peel.  Easy enough with a paper towel.  I only do up to 6 at a time so it's not to much of a bother.  I use rub, no sauce till 15 min done and then a very light coat, more for looks.  So I like to ensure the rub and smoke get on the bottom side.

I think it is easier to remove once cooked if you really want it off.

If doing multiple slabs, I just hack & slash with a razor blade. Really don't notice a difference in the ones I peel.
