Please add scrapple to the bacon, ham, sausage choice At least for me Of course my first choice with egg is scrapple followed my any of the other three.

Where do you live that you have scrapple?

I live on the Eastern Shore of Md about 6 miles from the Delaware boarder.  Scrapple is a big breakfast meat here

That explains it then.  I don't know of anyone outside of the Northeast that has ever heard of scrapple.

I voted for the big three.  My favorite breakfast (not really traditional) is a Pork Roll, Egg (over easy) and Cheese on a hard roll.  I noticed the vote so far, true to a BBQ group of folks, there are zero votes for "no meat at breakfast".  This should be an expected tally for that question.
