The Special for tonight was grilled stuffed mushrooms, farm raised prime New York strips, baked potato, smoked white onions and saute mushrooms. The vegetable was brocolli. The wine was a 2016 Cabernet Sauvigion from the Robert Craig winery in NAPA. The stuffed mushrooms were made with parmesan cheese, sweet and spicy bread crumps topped with a dollop of balsamic glaze. They NY Strips were cooked on the MAK 2 Star to medium rare and finished with a mixture of parmesan cheese, sweet and spicy bread crumps and EVOO. They were topped with the smoke white onion and the saute mushrooms.
