Green Chili for Lunch
« on: November 20, 2020, 02:42:22 PM »

Smoked a Pork Shoulder yesterday, so made some Green Chile with part of it for lunch today.
Rest will be for pulled pork sammies and some will be frozen.

Unlike many Green Chili recipes, this is a very simple one.
