A question about Ribs for Christmas eve.
« on: December 19, 2017, 12:13:18 PM »

The whole tribe is coming over for Christmas eve.
They want baby back ribs.
I buy the cryo wrapped ribs from Sams.
If I buy them Wednesday, will they be ok in the cryo wrap in the fridge until Saturday?
Or should I freeze them until Friday night So I can prep them on saturday evening?
Thanks.

There is usually a date on the bag...you could probably go a few days beyond it leaving them in the fridge.
