Welcome from Northern Michigan, good to have you here! I'm hoping you might be willing to share a few tips and recipe hints for some authentic Texas BBQ!! I have only been to Texas once, but I sure ate well when I was there.

My niece lives near Glen Rose. They just had over 6 inches of the white stuff. They say it is already receding rapidly.
