Fathers Day Meal ?
« on: June 20, 2021, 02:58:04 PM »

Anybody doing anything special ?

Our big meal for the day is at lunch and just light meal for dinner.
So today, fired up the Weber gasser and did a couple T-Bone steaks for lunch.
Asparagus and baked potato for sides.

I made quite a few things to eat the rest of the week and to freeze for later meals. I did post a cheesesteak in another thread.

Additionally, had six large chicken breasts in Lawry's Caribbean jerk marinade, hot Italian sausage patties, pack of bacon, and a pack of Johnsonville Queso sausages (never saw them before this morning).
