Tri-Tip: It's what's for Dinner!
« on: October 20, 2024, 06:31:30 PM »

Will be Tri-tip, mashed potatoes and candied carrots! Grilled on Searwood 600!  It is a Big One, like the stuff I used to get in Fresno.

Hope it will be ready by 7pm!

I have never seen tri tip unless it is a marinated one. Local mea shops have all seemingly closed.

Waiting to see the cut shot. Looking great so far.
