Did a rack of BB ribs and made some buttered noodles.

My cousin bought one of the Emerill Pasta and beyond gadgets, she dropped off noodles a few times,, and the GF really likes them. I saw Sam's had them for $90 which was about $50 cheaper than every where else, so I picked one up and tried it out today. Worked pretty good. Cooked for a few minutes then butter salt and pepper. Ribs dome on the little Davey C at 225 they were on for 4.5 hours and probably could have used another 45 minutes or so for the thick end, they were pretty meaty. Was going to do them on the old Brinkman charcoal/water but was running late.

Everything everyone cooked looks delicious.
Just some brisket from the freezer on a tortilla with green chili and cheese here.
Still very tasty, even though it wasn't cooked today.
