I guess they figure you wouldn't buy a loaf for $9 so they sell you a half a loaf.

That's what I pay for store bought gluten free bread.  The loaves are half the size of a regular loaf and the pieces are smaller.  But I ain't got a choice.  Maybe I can sweettalk our daughter into making me some homemade GF next week. :lick:

I had to buy stuff for Spanakopita yesterday.  A dozen eggs were like $4.  3 years ago they got down to .49ยข!
